OMNIBUS INSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT has been instrumental in building the HR brand in worldwide and beyond the local shores. We started off as a group of like-minded HR professionals who meet up periodically to discuss labor and industrial relations issues.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. STUDENT MEMBER

This is for individuals with O/Level certificates or applicants undergoing studies in polytechnics, universities and other professional similar programmes.

2. AFFILIATE MEMBERS

This is for individuals undergoing studies in Personnel Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Management or related areas in polytechnics, universities and other professional similar programmes.

3. GRADUATE MEMBERS

A fresh graduate of the Institute, who has written the final examinations and passed all courses.

4. ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Graduates of any recognized university in Nigeria and abroad.

HND, HNC, B.Sc etc, or Professional certificates in a related areas can apply for direct membership.

5. FULL MEMBERSHIP

Graduates of any recognized university in Nigeria and abroad.

HND, HNC, B.Sc etc, or Professional certificates in a related areas or with Postgraduate Certificates from a recognized university with 5 years experience in a Corporate organization.

6. FELLOW MEMBER

– Must be above 35 years

– Must attained a highest peak of your profession with HND, B.Sc, Masters Degree Plus 10 years working experience.

7. DOCTORAL FELLOW MEMBER

The honorary fellow is the highest grade of membership of the institute and is reserved for TOP national and international dignities and corporate leaders who have achieved exceptional success in field of Human Resources, Business administration and Management. Membership could also be by invitation by board of Fellows.
